Sharing Data with Third Parties
83fcom does not sell your personal data. We only share information with third parties when strictly necessary and always with appropriate safeguards in place:
4.1 Payment Partners
To process your deposits and withdrawals, we share financial data with payment processors and partner Brazilian financial institutions. All of 83fcom's payment partners are PCI-DSS certified and are bound by confidentiality and data protection agreements. The data shared is limited to what is strictly necessary for the transaction: your name, CPF, and transaction details.
4.2 Operational Service Providers
We use service providers that act as personal data Processors on our behalf, including:
- Cloud infrastructure providers — for secure hosting of 83fcom systems
- Identity verification platforms — for document validation during the KYC process
- Customer support tools — for support ticket management and live chat
- E-sports content and odds providers — which receive only anonymized identifiers for personalization purposes
All of 83fcom's service providers sign data protection agreements that expressly prohibit them from using your data for their own or any commercial purposes.
4.3 Authorities and Legal Obligations
We may be required to share data with Brazilian government and regulatory authorities — Receita Federal, Banco Central, COAF, Ministério da Fazenda, Polícia Federal — when mandated by law, court order, or legitimate investigation. In such cases, we provide only the data specifically requested and strictly to the extent required by the legal directive.
What we never do: 83fcom never sells, rents, or transfers its user list or personal data to marketing companies, data brokers, or any other entity for commercial purposes unrelated to the direct provision of our services.

83fcom retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, always observing the minimum retention periods required by law. The general criteria applied are:

8.1 Essential Cookies (Always Active)
These cookies are essential for the basic functioning of the 83fcom platform and cannot be disabled without disrupting the service:

8.3 Personalization Cookies (With Your Consent)

International Data Transfers
In some cases, your data may be processed by servers or service providers located outside Brazil. 83fcom only carries out such transfers when necessary for service delivery and always with the safeguards required by the LGPD.
International transfers carried out by 83fcom are limited to specific situations, such as the use of global cloud infrastructure providers that operate data centers abroad, or live casino game supplier platforms with servers in countries that have adequate data protection legislation.
In all such cases, 83fcom contractually requires international recipients to maintain data protection standards equivalent to those of the LGPD, and to use the data solely for the purposes set out in the agreement. Where the destination country does not offer an adequate level of protection recognized by the ANPD, we adopt Standard Contractual Clauses or other safeguards recognized under Brazilian law.
Preference for national infrastructure: Wherever possible, 83fcom prioritizes the use of servers and service providers based in Brazil. International data transfers are the exception, not the rule, and are limited to situations where equivalent domestic alternatives are not available.

11
Changes to this Privacy Policy
83fcom may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our data processing practices, updates to Brazilian legislation — such as new ANPD or Ministry of Finance regulations on Sports Betting —, or improvements to our data protection processes.

- A prominent notice on the 83fcom platform at login
