83fcom Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Guidelines

1.1 Age Requirements

Use of the 83fcom platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 (eighteen) or older who are residents of Brazil. By creating an account, you expressly confirm that you have reached the legal age of majority and have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under the Brazilian Civil Code (Law No. 10.406/2002).

83fcom reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Accounts identified as belonging to users under 18 will be immediately closed, and any remaining balance will be returned to the legal guardian upon verification.

1.2 One Account per CPF

Each individual may hold only one (1) account at 83fcom, identified by their CPF number. Creating additional accounts — whether directly or through third parties — to circumvent restrictions, accumulate bonuses, or for any other unauthorized purpose is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are linked to the same CPF or the same device, all duplicate accounts will be blocked.

1.3 Registration Information

During registration, users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as shown on an official government-issued ID (RG or CNH)
• Valid CPF and in good standing with the Receita Federal
• Date of birth genuine, unaltered
• Email address for personal and exclusive use
• Phone number for verification and communications

Providing false information constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, balance retention for fraud review, and reporting to the relevant authorities in accordance with Brazilian law.

2.1 Credential Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your login credentials (email and password). 83fcom strongly recommends using strong passwords unique to this platform and enabling two-factor authentication where available. Never share your credentials with anyone.

All activity carried out through the user's account is the sole responsibility of that user, except where unauthorized access is proven and the user notified 83fcom immediately upon discovering the irregularity.

2.2 Personal and Non-Transferable Use

Your 83fcom account is personal and non-transferable. The following are prohibited:

• Transferring, selling, renting, or handing over your account to third parties
• Allowing other people to use your account to place bets
• Using another person's account, even with their consent
• Creating an account on behalf of a legal entity

2.3 Data Updates

Users must keep their registration details up to date. Changes to email address, phone number, or Pix key must be made directly in the account profile section and may require identity re-verification. Outdated information may cause delays in withdrawals and important communications.

3.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

83fcom exclusively accepts Brazilian payment methods. The available options are:

• Pix — instant transfer available 24/7
• Boleto bancário — clearing time of up to 1 business day after payment
• Credit card — Visa and Mastercard, for single lump-sum transactions
• Debit card — direct debit from a checking or savings account
• PicPay — instant confirmation via app
• Mercado Pago — for users with an active Mercado Pago account
• Bank wire transfer (TED) — electronic transfer from any Brazilian bank

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 10.00 (ten BRL). Deposits below this amount will not be processed and will be returned to the original payment method.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals at 83fcom are available only to users with a verified account. The applicable rules are:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: R$ 20.00 (twenty BRL)
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the Pix key or bank account registered under the account holder's name
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not accepted under any circumstances
• Pix withdrawals are processed within 3 minutes in most cases
• The balance available for withdrawal corresponds to the real balance, excluding bonus credits still subject to rollover

3.3 Anti-Fraud Verification

83fcom applies anti-fraud and anti-money laundering (AML) verification procedures in compliance with Law No. 9,613/1998. Withdrawals above certain thresholds, first withdrawals from new accounts, or transactions showing unusual patterns may be subject to additional identity verification, with a processing time of up to 72 hours.

4.1 Bet Acceptance

83fcom reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit bets at any time and for any amount, without the need to provide justification. Confirmed bets constitute a contract between the user and the platform, governed by the terms described herein and by the specific rules of each market available on the platform.

4.2 Odds Errors

If obvious odds errors are identified — values clearly inconsistent with market prices due to a technical or operational failure — 83fcom reserves the right to cancel the affected bets and return the staked amount to the user's balance, regardless of whether the event has already taken place. Bets placed with the intent to systematically exploit odds errors may result in account suspension.

4.3 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on official results published by the governing body of the event — CBF, UFC, Riot Games, Valve, among others. In the event of a protest, result change, or court ruling issued after settlement, 83fcom is not obligated to revisit already-settled bets, unless expressly required by the event's organizing body.

4.4 Live Betting & Cash Out

Live bets are subject to broadcast delays between the actual event and what is shown on streaming platforms. 83fcom is not responsible for live betting decisions made based on delayed streams. The Cash Out feature may be removed or suspended at any time at the platform's discretion, particularly during technical instability or high-liquidity events.

4.5 Invalid Bets

The following bets are considered invalid and subject to cancellation:

• Events that are definitively canceled or not held within 72 hours of the original scheduled date
• Markets closed due to a technical error before confirmation by the system
• Matches whose integrity has been compromised by proven result manipulation
• Bets placed after an event has started on pre-game markets (late bets)

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

83fcom bonuses and promotions are available to users who meet the specific eligibility criteria for each offer, as described in the Promotions section of the platform. Participation in promotions is voluntary and subject to availability.

5.2 Rollover Requirements

All bonus credits granted by 83fcom are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they can be converted into real withdrawable funds. The standard conditions are:

• Minimum rollover of 5x (five times) the bonus amount on qualifying bets
• Minimum bets of odds 1.50 to count toward the rollover
• Canceled bets, bets on events that end in a draw, and bets on certain low-risk markets may not count toward the rollover
• Standard processing time of 7 (seven) calendar days to meet the rollover requirement after the bonus is credited

5.3 Bonus Abuse

83fcom monitors bonus usage patterns. Behaviors classified as abuse — such as creating multiple accounts to stack promotions, placing low-risk bets to artificially meet rollover requirements, or coordinating activity across accounts — will result in bonus cancellation, possible balance retention for review, and permanent account suspension.

6.1 Nature of Casino Games

The online casino games available at 83fcom — including slots, crash games, live roulette, baccarat, blackjack, and poker — are games of chance regulated by certified random number generators (RNG) or live feeds from real dealers. The platform does not guarantee any specific outcome, and the house edge for each game is available in the game information.

6.2 Crash Games — Specific Rules

In crash games available on 83fcom, the multiplier mechanic can end at any time as determined by the game algorithm. Bets not cashed out before the crash are lost in full. 83fcom is not responsible for connection failures on the user's end during an active round — if your connection drops after a round has started and your bet is not cashed out in time, the game result stands.

6.3 Online Poker

Online poker at 83fcom is offered at game tables with specific rules published in the Poker section of the platform. Collusion between players, use of unauthorized assistance software (bots), or any detected form of cheating will result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved and the withholding of balances for review.

83fcom believes that betting should be an entertainment activity — not a source of income or a way to solve financial problems. That's why we offer a set of tools that any user can activate at any time directly from their account profile:

• Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit — set a maximum amount for deposits within the chosen period
• Betting limits — set a cap on the total amount wagered per session or period
• Temporary break — suspend your account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days
• Permanent self-exclusion — permanently close your account with a block on new registrations using the same CPF
• Full betting history — access your full activity history on the platform at any time

Once deposit limits or self-exclusion are activated, they cannot be reversed immediately — there is a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours for limit changes and 7 days for canceling a temporary break, in order to protect the user.

83fcom's handling of personal data is governed by the General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13,709/2018). The data we collect is used exclusively for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, which includes:

• Identity verification and fraud prevention
• Processing of deposits, bets, and withdrawals
• Communications about your account and promotions you have opted in to receive
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
• Continuous platform improvement based on anonymized usage data

Under the LGPD, you have the following rights, which you may exercise at any time through our support: access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of unnecessary data, data portability, and withdrawal of consent for specific processing activities.

83fcom does not sell users' personal data to third parties. We only share data when required to fulfill legal obligations, by court order, or with payment partners strictly necessary for transaction processing, always under confidentiality agreements.

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited at 83fcom and will result in measures that may include temporary suspension, permanent account closure, and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses, circumvent limits, or for any other purpose
• Use of false information during registration or in verification documents
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Systematic exploitation of errors of odds or platform technical errors
• Use of bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or use the platform
• Match-fixing and sports event manipulation or bets on events whose outcome the user can directly influence
• Collusion with other users at poker tables or in combined bets for artificial mutual benefit
• Threats, harassment, or offensive language directed at support staff or other users
• Unjustified chargebacks with card networks for legitimate bets already confirmed

10.1 Closure at the User's Request

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time through 83fcom support. Any active bets at the time of the request will be settled normally, and any remaining balance will be returned via Pix within up to 5 business days after the final verification process is complete.

10.2 Suspension for Terms Violation

83fcom may unilaterally suspend or close accounts in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspicious activity, identified fraud, or a legal requirement. In such cases, the balance may be temporarily held for review for as long as necessary to investigate the matter — which may range from 15 to 60 calendar days depending on the complexity of the case.

10.3 Consequences of Closure for Violation

In cases of closure due to serious violations — confirmed fraud, money laundering, match-fixing — any remaining balance may be permanently withheld and the matter reported to the relevant authorities, including the Receita Federal, the Banco Central do Brasil, and law enforcement agencies where applicable.

83fcom is not liable for financial losses resulting from participation in Sports Betting and gambling on the platform. Betting is a risk activity, and users assume full responsibility for any loss of the amount wagered.

83fcom does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability and is not liable for losses caused by technical outages, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events. Any credits for downtime will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by the support team.

83fcom's total liability to any user, for any reason, is limited to the amount of the available balance in the user's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim. The platform is not liable for lost profits, indirect damages, or damages of any kind beyond the amounts directly transacted.

83fcom reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users with at least 7 (seven) days' notice through:

• Notification displayed on the platform at the time of login
• Email sent to the address registered on the account
• Updating the "last updated" date shown at the top of this document

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes tacit acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date by requesting a withdrawal of your available balance through our support channel.

Changes driven by updates to Brazilian law — such as new Ministry of Finance regulations on Sports Betting — may take effect immediately upon publication, without the 7-day notice period, and users will be notified as soon as possible.
